- Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our sit to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If you order displays your tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
- Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email
- Please contact customer service during regular business hours as there is a chance there is a spelling error in the email address we have on file for you. If this is the case, we can easily get another confirmation to you. Another option is to check your Spam/Junk folder, some of our emails have been known to get filtered to this box as it includes an image and or attachment.

Do you ship to my country/state?
- At this time LightingbyLux.com only ships to 48 contiguous United States. We hope to service Alaska & Hawaii soon.

What are my shipping charges?
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices (We offer free ground shipping over $59 on most orders).
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Extended Warranty

LightingbyLux.com warrants lighting fixtures, when properly installed and under normal operating conditions of use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (in addition to the manufacturers warranty) for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will at our discretion, repair or replace the product. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer available, we will credit the difference toward your next purchase.
Outdoor Lighting, Glass, Shades (fabric or glass), Ballasts, Transformers and Bulbs are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover against improper installation of the product, user neglect, modified products, finish or color issues, claims for labor costs or acts of nature.
All warranties are subject to the following disclaimers and limitations, LightingbyLux.com, provides the following limited warranty. All LightingbyLux.com products are covered by this warranty and we make no other warranties. The warranty shall apply for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The warranty only covers products installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by their respective manufacturer and no warranty is made with respect to any of our products that are otherwise installed or maintained. Product dimensions listed are provided by their respective manufacturer and to our knowledge are as accurate as possible.
Defects or failures arising during shipment or due to alteration, misuse, negligence, accident, theft, defective maintenance, damage by and actions of others, or where adequate care has not been taken to prevent chemical, ice, or snow damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover products that have been exposed to any material deemed harmful by the manufacturer, or where operating temperatures fall below -40deg Fahrenheit or exceed +122deg Fahrenheit.
