Typographical Errors

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lighting by Lux shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Lighting by Lux strives to provide accurate shipping times and stock levels for our products, occasionally errors do occur. In the event an item ordered is unavailable, you will have the option to wait for the item, select a different item or cancel your order for a full refund.
