Shipping Information
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship directly to your country at this time.

Canadian Customers. We currently ship products from Meyda, Elk, Landmark and Dimond to Canada. There is a $200 minimum order and we cover all duties, brokerage fees etc. on those brands. Please add 1-2 weeks to normal ship times for Canadian delivery. Contact us at 1-800-419-5967 for further details and or for specific arrangements on other brands.

What are my payment choices?
  We currently accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Please see the individual item page for more information on the estimated shipping time of each item. Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Duties and Taxes: International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
